Shipping Policy

We at Pet-Go-Round, India know how important it is for you to receive your purchased products on time. Shipping and Order have various factors associated with it, as it is a
collective responsibility of us as well as our shipping partners depending on the delivery location. After an order is placed with Pet-Go-Round, India . We make sure to prioritize your order for dispatch as soon as possible from our end.
Depending on the shipping geographical location and the availability of our courier partner’s service availability in that area, your order is dispatched from our end with a suitable courier partner within 3-4 working days of the order placement, depending upon the order volume at that time.

After the dispatch process is done it is expected to reach you within 2-10 working days at the most 12 working days, please note we do not have control over unforeseen circumstances hence order might delay in such cases, we expect you to cooperate in such situations. One’s packages are handed over to the courier partner it is no longer in our hands, Pet-Go-Round, India is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect and insufficient/incomplete addresses provided by the customers. Pet-Go-Round, India is not responsible for any package returned due to insufficient/incomplete addresses, incorrect addresses, recipients not available at the time of delivery, and in some cases, recipients returning the package. We do not accept forced free shipping of packages that are returned. Once any package is returned we will get in touch with you to re-ship the package. In this case, you would bear the shipping charges for the package to be re-shipped. We ship pan India via multiple couriers and all orders are shipped on a surface transport basis.
